Footwork Under Fatigue

The 'babysitter practice' — enforce clean footwork while exhausted

50 min / 500650 cal  / Rowers + turf / functional zone

Why this works · equipment

The attritional session from the D1 playbook: pre-fatigue the legs, then demand precise footwork anyway. If clean movement while gassed is normal in training, it will feel normal at 5–4 in the third set. Schedule an easy day after this one.
